Ordered online. Received confirmation of order via email at 10:22 AM. By the end of the day I still had not received confirmation if it was delivered or not. I called after checking their hours online since they were closing soon and was told that their system is such that it's not an automated immediate confirmation of delivery (in her words as it is when ordering pizza.) I received an email after I phoned. However, on the phone I was told the flowers had been delivered and the email said confirmation that the order is on its way, when it should've read confirmation they had been delivered etc.
Typically, I receive a photo of the arrangement from other florist experiences in this city and my local florist in my city, They did not. I still don't know what the arrangement looked like so I can't comment whether it was satisfactory or not. They did deliver on the day requested on my online order.
